Diaz-Caneja Interiors is a Luxembourg-based interior design studio specialising in private residences and property developments.
Our work is rooted in the belief that a home should feel deeply personal — shaped by the character of its owners and the integrity of the property itself.
Every client brings a unique perspective, lifestyle and set of expectations. At the same time, every property has its own architecture, history and spatial identity. Our role is to thoughtfully balance both — creating interiors that feel intentional, cohesive and timeless.
We believe that truly successful design begins with understanding. We guide our clients through a reflective process to clarify what defines them, how they live, and how their space can evolve to support that vision.
No two projects are ever alike. Each design is developed from the ground up — carefully considered, individually tailored and created to endure.
We collaborate with independent furniture makers and trusted artisans to develop bespoke elements that integrate seamlessly into each home. From custom joinery to refined material selections, every detail is designed with purpose.
Transforming a home is often complex, involving multiple decisions and moving parts. Through structured design development, precise planning and close coordination with contractors and suppliers, we ensure clarity throughout the process and fidelity to the original design intent.

Behind Diaz-Caneja Interiors
I am Tshering, founder and interior designer of Diaz-Caneja Interiors.
After completing a degree in Business in London, I returned to my hometown of Luxembourg and began my career in recruitment. Alongside my professional work, I started investing in older residential properties — restoring and transforming them into thoughtfully designed homes.
With each renovation, my understanding of space, proportion and materiality deepened. What began as a personal passion gradually became a calling — a clear realisation that design was where I felt most aligned and fulfilled.
I began sharing my projects online, initially with friends and family. Over time, interest grew organically, and requests for design services followed. In 2021, I made the decision to leave my career in recruitment and dedicate myself fully to interior design.
That was the beginning of Diaz-Caneja Interiors.
In 2022, I further formalised my expertise by obtaining a certification in Interior Design and Decoration from OHC Luxembourg. Since then, the studio has grown into a practice focused on creating interiors that feel authentic, composed and deeply personal.
I believe a home is more than a visual environment — it reflects our state of mind. Because we spend so much of our lives within these spaces, thoughtful design has the power to shape how we feel, how we function and how we live.
My intention is to create interiors that feel like a sanctuary — calm, grounded and quietly beautiful. Spaces where my clients can feel at ease, supported and fully at home.
