The Design Edit is a dedicated session to help you move forward with confidence on specific decisions within your home. You may already have a direction in mind — you simply need professional guidance to ensure everything feels balanced, cohesive and well-proportioned.

A 90 min in-home design assessment for spaces that feel unsettled, imbalanced or lacking clarity.
The Spatial Review is designed to bring structure to rooms that are almost right — yet not fully resolved. It is a focused intervention that examines proportion, material balance and spatial flow to identify what is disrupting cohesion.
This session looks beyond surface styling, addressing the underlying structure and balance of the space.
It is a considered evaluation of the room as a whole.

Bedrooms lacking balance or warmth
Dining spaces with unresolved layout
Homes with existing furniture that require refinement

The Design Blueprint establishes the structural and material foundation of your interior.
This service defines the layout, proportions, lighting strategy and bespoke elements of a space — ensuring cohesion before implementation begins.
It is suited to clients who wish to execute with their own contractor/renovation company while benefiting from a carefully structured design framework/plans.

Full room renovations requiring clear design direction
Homes needing cohesive material and lighting strategy
Clients working with their own contractor
Projects requiring bespoke joinery concepts
Spaces that need architectural clarity before investment

Space planning and layout refinement (2–3 layout options where appropriate)

However, where furnishings, lighting or materials are sourced through Diaz-Caneja Interiors’ trusted vendor network, procurement and coordination may be handled directly by the studio under a separate agreement.
This ensures quality control, consistency and alignment with the overall design intent.
To ensure a structured and productive process, clients are requested to provide floor plans, photographs and any relevant architectural documentation in advance of commencement.
This service provides a complete and considered design framework — without full implementation management.
Procurement & Vendor Coordination (Optional Add-On)
Where products are sourced through our direct vendor network, Diaz-Caneja Interiors may manage ordering, coordination and delivery oversight to ensure seamless integration with the design.
This service includes:
Order placement and tracking
Vendor communication
Delivery coordination
Quality verification upon receipt (where applicable)
Procurement fees and vendor margins are structured separately and outlined transparently prior to confirmation.
O4 - Signature Turnkey Interiors
Design Flat Fee + Project Management (95€/hour HTVA)
A complete interior design service from concept to installation.
We oversee the full transformation — ensuring continuity, technical precision and material integrity at every stage.
